Food & Nutrition Cook/Aide - Food and Nutrition
Job Summary: Under general direction of Director/Supervisor of Food & Nutrition and/or Dietician, prepares foods for patient tray line,cafeteria and special functions using production sheet and standardized recipes.

Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Required: Past institutional food service experience preferred.

Licensing,Certifications and/or Registrations: NONE

Equipment/Special Skills:
Experience with all/any institutional equipment necessary
Specific training of equipment provided
Equipment includes: meat slicer, blender, can opener, cheese grater, grill, oven, steamer and dishwasher
