Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Services - GlowPharm MedSpa and Wellness Clinic

GlowPharm MedSpa and Wellness Clinic at Russell County Hospital is an upcoming destination for wellness, beauty, and rejuvenation, anticipated to open in early fall 2026. As an extension of the hospital, we will combine medical expertise with spa-level care to offer a comprehensive approach to overall wellness. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team and help shape an exceptional experience for our future patients and guests.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (Aesthetic Services) will deliver high-quality, medically supervised aesthetic treatments with a focus on safety, patient education, and outstanding results. The ideal candidate has a passion for aesthetics, strong technical skills, and a warm, professional demeanor to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
•Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including (but not limited to):
oBotox/Dysport and dermal filler injections
oLaser and light-based therapies
oMicroneedling, chemical peels, and other skin rejuvenation treatments
•Conduct thorough consultations to assess client goals, medical history, and treatment suitability.
•Develop personalized treatment plans and provide clear education on procedures, aftercare, and outcomes.
•Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
•Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and ethical practices.
•Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products in aesthetics.
•Collaborate with the Med Spa team and supervising providers to deliver seamless, high-quality care.
•Promote spa services and assist in building long-term patient relationships.
Qualifications
•Active Kentucky RN license in good standing.
•Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate).
•Certification in injectables and/or laser procedures strongly preferred.
•Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and patient-care skills.
•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on patient education.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods during treatments and procedures.
• Frequent use of hands and arms with dexterity to perform injections, treatments, and clinical tasks.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Visual acuity and steady hand coordination for detailed aesthetic procedures.
Mental & Cognitive Requirements:
• Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and adapt services accordingly.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and build rapport with patients.
• Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism.
