What should I expect during a sleep disorder center visit or sleep consultation?

Sleep studies are performed to evaluate snoring, breathing, arousals, movements & certain behaviors during sleep. In addition, studies are performed to assess sleepiness or one’s ability to stay awake. Your sleep study may be completed at our Sleep Disorder Center on site, or with our new Somfit device in the comfort of your own home! After the study is concluded, it will be scored, interpreted by our Board Certified Sleep Physician and a follow-up visit will be scheduled to discuss your results.
