Whether you are a patient, visitor, or one of our very own, you have more than likely experienced the healing presence of a nurse. Russell County Hospital is proud of our nurses for the dedication shown to their profession and for providing skilled and compassionate care to our patients.

The BEE Award for Non-Nursing Staff Members

Russell County Hospital has implemented the BEE Program, which is aimed at recognizing non-nursing team members who provide excellent service by "B"eeing "E"xcellent "E"very day & demonstrating Russell County Hospital's T.E.A.M. values. This program is recognized in health systems nationally and is a great way to celebrate deserving team members!

If you aren't sure which positions qualify for a BEE Award-it is ANYONE who supports patient care. Here are a few examples:
