Food Service Cook - Dietary
Job Summary: Under general direction of Director Food Services and/or Dietician, prepares foods for patient tray line,cafeteria and special functions using production sheet and standardized recipes.
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience Required: Past institutional food service experience preferred.
Licensing,Certifications and/or Registrations: NONE
�Experience with all/any institutional equipment necessary
�Specific training of equipment provided
�Equipment includes: meat slicer, blender, can opener, cheese grater, grill, oven, steamer and dishwasher
