Infusion Nurse, RN
The Registered Nurse, under the guidance of the CNO, implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person and the creation of a caring environment focused on healing and wellness. Clinical decision-making incorporates all four phases of the nursing process, critical thinking, and creativity.
Education Required: Prefer Bachelor's Degree, or Associates degree from an accredited school of Nursing.
Experience Required: Infusion Therapy experience preferred.
Licensing, Certifications and/or Registrations:
�Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
�Basic Life Support certification (within 3-months of employment)
�ACLS (within 6-months of employment)
