Russell County Hospital is in search of an Interim CEO to fill the position until a permanent CEO has been placed.

The Interim CEO provides leadership, strategic guidance and management direction to all aspects of the hospital operations, while ensuring compliance of the hospital's mission, vision, values, goals strategic direction and applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Education: Master's Degree in a health care related field such as MHA/MBA preferred, or a BS/BA in a health care with a business related Master's, or the equivalent in education and experience.

Minimum Experience:
7-10 years progressively more responsible experience at a senior administrative level.
CEO experience generally required. COO experience is desirable.
Must have a track record of effective operational, financial, business development and strategic skills.
Ability to proactively develop a positive, relationships with physicians, employees, board members and community leaders
Previous experience in an interim role is desirable.
