What are the Benefits of the Patient Portal - Follow My Health?
1. The patient can review their recent vital signs, allergies, medications, lab results, and discharge instructions from emergency room and inpatient visits in a safe, secure environment.
2. Patients of Dr. Miles, Dr. Marcella Jones, Dr. Bergin, Kathy Brock, or Tammy Hill, can see their office visit results.
3. Patients can email, print, or fax their health information as needed.
4. Patients can update their health information (this does not update their hospital record).
